SSF Kerala is a non-profit organization focused on social service. We take every donation seriously and use it for the intended cause. However, we understand that errors can happen.

How to Request a Refund

If you have made a duplicate donation or an error in the donation amount, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction. You can reach out to us at [email protected] with your transaction details.

Conditions for Refund

• Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the donation.
• Proof of transaction (receipt or bank statement) must be provided.
• Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used.

Processing Time

Once a refund request is approved, it typically takes 5-10 working days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on the bank and payment gateway policies.
